Impressive and professional fitness centre at Ballyclare
Great gym and very friendly atmosphere.
Well kitted out gym with a load of machines, a free weights area and a general purpose space. Another bench or two may help a bit but generally there is everything you need. Plenty of squat racks and weight lifting platforms. Staff are also friendly and helpful!
A decent selection of machines, and not too overcrowded, very good for a local gym for myself. Staff are very friendly, however not just friendly they are very inclined to help individuals, which is great for those seeking advice or wanting to start somewhere. The gym itself has a very motivating environment, personally, i'll be sticking to this place.
I do enjoy this gym, a lot. It is very modern and the machines and equipment are the most best and current in any gym in Ballyclare. The price (for students) is very reasonable at 20. Although, the only problem I have is that whenever I'm on the treadmill I'm staring at a grey wall. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have a TV facing it just to keep entertained while running, as it can get tedious. But apart from that, the staff are helpful and very friendly and can't complain too much. The ropes and sprinting machinery are also another great benefit of going to this gym.
