May be bias as Richard is my husband, though he'd probably say I'm his biggist critic. I know the work and effort he puts in to his classes and pt sessions and it's from listening to feedback from his clients that I realise it's worth his hard work! I also get to see how much he genuinely enjoys it, and I love that he is able to do something which benefits both himself and others!
