Bought a vehicle from this dealer and after 1 day had an issue. Contacted Patrick of pmcm ballyclare and got no satisfaction, refered me to the warranty, The warranty pmcm motors provides is with a company called warranty wise, and it's not worth the paper is written on as warranty wise can't provide any know dealerships in northern Ireland that they work with. Be very vigilant buying from this dealership.
A bit of a distance to travel to. After sales could have been a lot more professional. Disappointed at that point when less than a week after purchase the brakes failed!!!! In response to PMCM Motors comment,I think that being honest about our experience seems to have ruffled a few feathers!!! It was a very frightening experience to find yourself in a situation when your car won't stop due to the brake pipe loosing all the fluid. After contacting the said garage I was asked to drive the car to their own garage where they would happily repair my car. Funny thing that a garage owner suggest that I drive almost 70 miles with NO BRAKES!!!!! I thought that was an unreasonable solution as was anyone. I then had the car collected by a local mechanic at a charge of 50 and then repaired at an additional cost of 148.00. So Mr PMCM used Cars you most certainly did not reimburse me for the costs incurred apart from the 50 towing fee.Simple
Bought a car, reasonably priced and hope it was a good purchase but too early to say. Sales were not pushy which was great and gave freedom to look round car and take it for test drive without pressure.
